Version 0.5.9

It has been a long time since a new release has came out.  I have moved from Ohio to North Carlonia and this has cause some disruption in my life and I have not been able to work on OpenEats as much as I would like.  Also our primary server is down, since it is still in Ohio with most of my stuff.  Once the house sells in Ohio and I get more settled in the project will be back running at 100%.

A few of the new features with this release is

• Upgraded of the symfony framework to 1.0.5
• Add icon's to the recipe menu bar
• Fixed several small bugs
• Did a full site test
• Added boxover java script library to show a tooltip, when you place your mouse of a link to a recipe a picutre pops up
• Corrected some database issues
