Version 0.4.0 Developers Release

Much has changed since the last release, for example the layout and template.  The front page is a new module I am working on.  Instead of listing all the recipes, which was the normal front page, I decided to make a dedicate front page which will grow as the site grows.  The biggest change of course is the new template.  It is far from finished but it has come along way since the last release.  Thanks to   The biggest change of course is the new template.  It is far from finished but it has come along way since the last release.   It is based on the Aqueous template found here  www.sixshootermedia.com/ostemplates/aqueous/
