Version 0.3.8 released

Version 0.3.8 has been released This version adds a RSS feed module.  Right now the only RSS feed is for the headline section, but we will be adding more RSS feeds with future releases.  We have fixed a few bugs with this release in the recipe and headline module.  Also added a print feature to the recipe area.  The next release should start the new layout design.  Instead of the boring black text on white background.
