Carrie's Mustard Chicken
Ingredients
8 Chicken breast halves, Thawed
1 cup(s) Mayonnaise
1/2 cup(s) Mustard
1 bag Cornmeal stuffing, 1/2 box
1 tablespoon(s) Garlic powder
1 teaspoon(s) Pepper
2 teaspoon(s) Paprika
1 teaspoon(s) Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Crush the cornmeal stuffing in a Ziploc bag with a rolling pin. Mix crushed stuffing with spices in a pie pan. Mix the mayonnaise and mustard and slather the chicken breasts with the mixture. Coat the breasts in the stuffing mixture. Bake in an un-greased baking dish for 1 hour.
