Ingredients
2 Graham cracker crusts
24 ounce(s) Cream cheese, Room temperature
1 cup(s) Sugar
1/2 teaspoon(s) Vanilla
3 Eggs
1 can(s) Pie filling
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Cream together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Pour into prepared pie crusts and bake for 20-60 minutes or until set. Increase the oven temperature to 500 and bake for 5-10 minutes longer. Allow to cool and top with pie filling. Alternate topping: 1 pint sour cream, 2 T sugar and 1 t vanilla.
